As Leader of Finance, you will oversee financial operations, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The role works closely with Hatfield’s Managing Partners and Board, reporting to the Senior Vice President and Managing Partner. Key Responsibilities
Forecast cash flow and monitor company liquidity Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Oversee compliant financial operations and reporting Advise leaders on investments, capital structure,

Requirements:
CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience At least five years leading senior finance teams Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience Strong Power BI, Canadian tax, and risk management knowledge Bring strategic finance leadership, reporting expertise, and business intelligence experience to Hatfield’s growing professional services organization.
