Night-shift pallet custodians at Gordon Food Service organize warehouse pallets while working independently across cooler, dry, and freezer environments. This Pallet Custodian position supports orderly warehouse operations during a Monday-to-Friday schedule beginning at 7:00 PM. You will pull, load, clean, and organize pallets throughout aisles, docks, storage stacks, and trailers. The work also includes milk-crate organization, occasional custodial duties, and assisting team members when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Pull pallets from aisles and storage stacks Load pallet stackers using dock stockers or Hilo Machines Clean and organize pallets across aisles and docks Sort milk crates into designated areas Load pallet trailers throughout the night

Requirements:
Ability to work in cooler, dry, and freezer environments Ability to work independently and assist team members Excellent communication and time management skills Forklift experience is an asset Bring pallet handling, organization, communication, and time management skills to Gordon Food Service's overnight warehouse operations.
