Lead PCB plating operations at TTM Technologies during the afternoon shift, applying wet process chemistry and supervisory expertise. Maintain safe, compliant production.

This Production Supervisor oversees etching, stripping, copper plating, and electroless copper processing. The role directs plating employees, monitors workflow, and supports quality. You will coordinate assignments, maintain process controls, and work with Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate afternoon plating operations and daily production activities
- Assign work and adjust labor priorities for production schedules
- Monitor equipment parameters, bath temperatures, current, and panel handling
- Address quality issues with engineering, quality,



and management
- Train employees and reinforce safety, procedures, and accountability

Requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of plating and wet process chemistry
- Understanding of PCB panel processing and product flow
- Ability to read blueprints, travelers, instructions, and schedules
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout shifts
