Baselane seeks a Senior Product Marketing Specialist in Toronto with fintech experience and ownership of go-to-market enablement efforts. This hybrid role requires office attendance twice weekly.

Working with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help bring Baselane's positioning to life across the customer journey. You will research customers, support partner channels, and collaborate with Product, Brand, Sales, and Partnerships. The role requires managing multiple deliverables, prioritizing complex projects, and communicating clearly across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support partner onboarding and go-to-market strategy
- Create training and collateral for partners and internal teams
- Conduct market and customer interviews and surveys
- Develop launch strategies with the Product team
- Oversee internal and external enablement materials

Requirements:

- Two to four years of product marketing experience
- Fintech product marketing experience
- Experience collaborating with external partners
- Experience creating pitch decks and one-pagers
- Comfort using Asana and Notion
