Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the return booking team. Arrange transportation for customer returns and schedule deliveries to the LG warehouse. Verify that all return requests have valid Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and follow up on missing or incorrect information.



Consolidate return shipments by geographical region and carrier to minimize transportation costs. Coordinate reverse logistics operations for good-set returns and act as the primary point of contact for return shipments. Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum of 8 years of overall skilled experience, including experience in customer service or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of team management or supervisory experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. 60,000
