Monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch to support company objectives within the invoicing process. Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice. Obtain customer purchase order numbers to support WIP processing.



Administratively support the Branch Manager/Supervisors. Help create synergy between all departments. Collaborate in the organization and implementation of different projects. Answers phone calls and provide assistance for both internal and external customers. Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs as required. Ability to communicate with customers efficiently. Self-motivated and flexible team player with efficient time-management qualities. Proficient with Microsoft word.
