The Brick is expanding its sales force and seeking Sales Consultants who value customer service and team spirit. You will maintain product knowledge, learn computer applications, and work toward personal and common goals. The position offers guaranteed income through commission terms and minimum-wage provisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling
- Maintain knowledge of The Brick products and services
- Work with others toward common and personal goals
- Establish rapport with customers and other individuals
- Multitask and remain organized during sales activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Ability to learn recent computer applications
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Availability for all shifts as required
