Lead Boston Pizza’s front of house team while bartending, coaching employees, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Help create excellent Guest experiences from start to finish.

This Front of House Supervisor assists the General Manager with daily operations at Boston Pizza. You will support training, development, and performance management for Front of House team members. The position also supports busy bar service and covers bartender shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Support Front of House training, development, and performance management
- Coach team members in the moment by leading shoulder to shoulder
- Help the Bartender when the bar gets busy
- Fill in for bartender shifts when needed
