Lead trade show exhibit installation and dismantle with proven crew supervision, CAD skills, and hands-on experience across local, national, and U.S. shows.

Exhibit Solutions Inc seeks an experienced Site Supervisor / Lead Installer for in office execution and warehouse leadership between shows. You will work with system and custom builds, including Aluvision, Octanorm, or similar modular systems. The work includes large exhibits, CAD drawings, client coordination, and real-time troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead exhibit installation and dismantle at trade shows
- Supervise crews for safe, accurate, efficient installs
- Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, and show services
- Troubleshoot freight, graphics, timelines, and show services




- Prepare booth materials and maintain inventory readiness

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years of exhibit installation experience
- Proven experience leading on-site installation crews
- Working knowledge of Aluvision, Octanorm, or similar systems
- Experience with large custom exhibits and CAD drawings
- Valid driver’s licence and U.S. travel eligibility
