Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard and train employees on GEOX service standards
- Handle complex customer service situations and escalate issues
- Assign sales associate roles according to store traffic
- Operate registers, prepare deposits, and audit paperwork
- Serve as sales floor manager when needed

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of retail industry experience
- Customer centric, results focused retail experience preferred
- High School or College Degree, or equivalent experience
- Explicit communication and staff leadership abilities
- Microsoft Excel and POS system proficiency
