and PII protectionIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into back-end and front-end services, collaborating with software developers to orchestrate inference endpoints, data flows, and responsible AI considerationsIntegrate AI capabilities across enterprise platforms while ensuring secure and compliant use of technology and dataTake ownership of projects from concept to deployment, balancing rapid innovation with thoughtful executionSkills and Experience At least 5 years of professional experience in an AI/ML Engineering or development roleExperience designing and deploying AI-powered applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search)Prior experience building agentic systems and tool enabled workflowsFamiliarity with evaluation frameworks for agents, RAG systems, and LLM powered applicationsPractical experience working with LLMs, including model selection, context management, prompt engineering, and understanding the trade-offs between different model architectures and approachesExperience with document processing pipelines, turning PDFs, scans,
