Part time Heavy Duty Cleaner work with GDI requires floor care, restroom cleaning, and dependable attention to detail. Use cleaning equipment across facility spaces.

GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada. As a janitor, you will clean hard floors, carpets, washrooms, common areas, and offices. The position also includes garbage collection, supply restocking, defect reporting, and high dusting. You will assist supervisors as needed while working with minimal supervision and cooperating with the team. This role requires your own transportation and the ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, and scrub interior floors
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily




- Collect building trash and replace container liners
- Wash windowsills, glass, walls, and entrance door trim
- Report clogged urinals, lights out, and possible defects

Requirements:

- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to take direction and work cooperatively
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision
- Own transportation required
- Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance
