You will work as part of cross-functional program review or product delivery teams, contributing to a full range of activities including field research, backlog definition and refinement, and sprint planning and execution.Digital transformation projects review the current state of services, identify future opportunities, and deliver new services that are effective, effective, and affordable.Key Responsibilities1. Research & DiscoveryContribute to field research and user interviewsLead technical discovery and deliver related artifacts (diagrams, documentation)2. Solution Design & DevelopmentDevelop detailed solution designs based on shared discovery understandingComplete features for exemplar projects that meet product owner needs and improve user experienceIdentify and resolve functional and non-functional defectsEnhance code quality, tooling, and documentation for improved maintainabilityWork with frontend designers to deliver solutions aligned to a consistent look and feelAdvise and inform product owners on technical efforts and implementation options to facilitate frequent delivery4.
