Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and grow a profitable commercial insurance portfolio Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts Pursue mid-to-large commercial accounts and specialized markets Assess exposures and develop tailored insurance risk solutions Maintain pipelines and execute sustainable business development strategies

Requirements:

Three to four years of commercial insurance production experience Demonstrable recent business development and production track record Experience developing mid-to-large commercial accounts Strong commercial markets, coverage, and risk exposure knowledge RIBO education with relationship-building and negotiation skills Apply commercial production, market relationships, and consultative selling skills to grow a sustainable insurance practice across Ontario.
