Install low-slope roofing systems as a Commercial Roofing Technician with WTC, using safe tools and following health and safety legislation.
This current technician position supports commercial roofing installations under a foreman’s direction. You will work with BUR, EPDM, single-ply systems, coatings, safety systems, and other low-slope roofing systems. The work also includes inspections, diagnostic equipment, and communicating roof problems for correction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install BUR, EPDM, and single-ply roofing systems
- Apply coatings and install roofing safety systems
- Operate tools safely under foreman direction
- Perform routine inspections using diagnostic equipment
- Communicate and help correct identified roofing problems
Requirements:
- At least two years of commercial roofing experience
- Flat roofing or steep slope roofing experience
- Ability to work at heights and lift fifty pounds
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel and work flexible peak-season hours
