You will advise investment teams on workouts, liability management exercises, liquidity solutions, and formal restructurings. The role partners with Legal, Portfolio Management, and senior leadership to preserve value, maximize recoveries, and position investments effectively before key events.Key Responsibilities: Lead restructuring strategies for material stressed and distressed investmentsNegotiate amendments, waivers, recapitalizations, exchange offers, and rescue financingsAssess pathways, leverage, current-money needs, timing,
