Serve warm drinks and treats as a Winter Café Food Beverage Attendant at Pursuit’s Trailglow Retail Shop. Use café service and cash handling skills indoors, with occasional winter outdoor duties.

This F&B; Attendant runs a café-style outlet supporting Trailglow guests. Prepare menu items, process payments, maintain stock, and deliver prompt, friendly service. When the café is quiet, support Guest Experience admissions and Retail duties. The position requires attention to detail, communication, flexibility, and quick learning of POS systems and Ventrata.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare hot beverages, baked goods, and grab-and-go snacks
- Process accurate cash, credit, debit, and voucher transactions
- Maintain café cleanliness, stock levels, and product rotation




- Promote café offerings using upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Support admissions and retail operations when required

Requirements:

- Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail
- Cash handling experience; café or barista experience is an asset
- Mandatory Serving it Right certification
- Ability to learn POS systems and Ventrata quickly
- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter conditions
