As a Fashion Designer, you will shape the women's blouses category as PENN. Penningtons. evolves its collections. Translate fashion, cultural, and consumer influences into commercially meaningful product. Work with Merchandising and key partners from seasonal direction through final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design stylish blouses using fabrics, silhouettes, prints, and thoughtful details
- Translate trends into relevant colours, fabrics, and design details
- Develop sketches, garment concepts, and explicit design packages
- Guide fittings with attention to fit, proportion, construction, and finishing
- Own creative execution across assigned categories and seasonal direction

Requirements:

- Fashion Design degree or diploma in a related field
- Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience
- Strong understanding of fit, proportion, silhouette, colour, and fabric
- Experience creating sketches, concepts, packages, and presentation materials
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
