This permanent Carpenter position offers 32 to 40 hours weekly and starts as soon as possible. Work spans commercial and residential settings across various locations. Responsibilities include estimating costs, preparing layouts, assembling materials, and coordinating site work. The position requires seven months to less than one year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches for work requirements
- Prepare code-compliant layouts using measuring tools
- Build foundations, floors, walls, and roof systems
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware




- Schedule site work and supervise other workers

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Seven months to less than one year of experience
- Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding work
- Comfort working at heights, outdoors, and in dusty conditions
- Client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork
