Support CIBC clients onsite in Richmond as a Client Engagement Associate, using financial services knowledge and digital banking skills. Work full time onsite across banking centre hours.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with appropriate team members. You will help clients manage accounts and products while supporting their financial goals.



The position requires flexibility across multiple banking centres within reasonable travel distance.
