This Pharmacy Student position supports automation, inventory, shipping, and prescription filling activities. You will generate reports, package unit dose pouches, maintain equipment, and manage workflow targets and schedules. The work also includes medication labelling, blister packs, mixtures, nursing home orders, and pharmacy inventory support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate automation reports using Kroll pharmacy management software
- Package medications into unit dose pouches
- Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot automation equipment
- Manage workflow targets, schedules, and pharmacy inventory
- Prepare prescription orders, labels, blister packs, and mixtures
Requirements:
- Pharmacy experience with Long Term Care
- Kroll software experience
- Post secondary education
- Attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Solid communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
