This permanent, full time Maintenance Supervisor position leads a team of 10 to 15 hourly unionized technicians. You will provide functional leadership, coaching, technical support, and individual development. The work includes daily planning, preventative maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead unionized technicians across production lines
- Execute daily work plans and preventative maintenance
- Develop individuals and teams to solve operational issues
- Conduct one-to-ones with technicians
- Implement continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

- Experience leading unionized trades, including millwrights or electricians
- Leadership experience driving quality, cost, service, and safety
- Excellent communication skills with diverse teams
- Problem-solving capability in high-stress situations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; engineering is an asset
