Coordinate accounting for Breton Brewing Co. in Sydney, Nova Scotia, using QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, and payroll administration. This is full time.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Coordinator owns recurring accounting activities across brewery, wholesale, retail, taproom, and hospitality operations. The position requires accurate bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. You will work across multiple business systems while supporting operational leaders and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoices, vendor accounts, statements, and payment runs
- Process receivables, applications, reconciliations, aging, and collections
- Coordinate payroll inputs, records, reports, and year-end requirements
- Reconcile inventory across brewery, warehouse,



retail, and hospitality operations
- Maintain records and support month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements:

- Five years of hands-on accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliation experience
- QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software proficiency
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Accounting degree or equivalent practical experience
