Scarborough Transit Connect seeks a Sequential Excavation Method (SEM) Manager to lead SEM tunnel construction activities. You will oversee daily tunnel operations, monitor ground conditions and instrumentation, and coordinate with engineering, safety, and project controls teams to ensure schedule and quality compliance. Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years in SEM on major infrastructure projects, with a solid focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
