Lead high-volume sandwich production at UpMeals, applying accurate portioning and food safety practices in an in-person, part-time position. Availability includes early Sunday shifts.

As Sandwich Team Lead, you will guide the kitchen team toward sandwich targets while maintaining quality, neatness, and consistency. The work includes recipe-based preparation, ingredient handling, workstation organization, and daily communication with the kitchen team. You will report to the production manager and support structured production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the team efficiently toward daily sandwich targets
- Prepare and sanitize workstations throughout each shift
- Follow recipes and portion ingredients accurately
- Tag, date-label, cover, store, and rotate ingredients




- Clean equipment, remove trash, and support production tasks

Requirements:

- One year of sandwich-making experience required
- One year of team lead or supervisor experience required
- High-volume food production or deli experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing product quality
- Ability to follow English instructions and stand throughout shifts
