As a Pharmacy Student, you will operate automation equipment while preparing medications and coordinating pharmacy workflow. The work includes inventory control, prescription filling, shipping, and Long Term Care orders. You will use Kroll software, package unit dose pouches, and support medication labelling and blister pack preparation. Different departments may require adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate automation reports using Kroll pharmacy management software
- Package medications into unit dose pouches
- Maintain and troubleshoot the automation machine
- Manage workflow targets, schedules, and pharmacy inventory
- Prepare medication orders, shipments, labels, and blister packs
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Kroll software experience and pharmacy experience
- Long Term Care pharmacy experience
- Post secondary education and problem solving ability
