As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will determine customer needs and maximize sales through thoughtful communication. You will build client relationships, maintain a client book, and support Jenni Kayne partnerships with Interior Designers and wardrobe stylists. The role combines selling with daily store operations, events, rewards enrollment, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and maximize sales
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs
- Build client relationships and maintain an updated client book
- Process sales, exchanges,



refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap
- Maintain displays, stock transfers, receiving, and store events

Requirements:

- One to two years of retail sales experience
- Upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer experience preferred
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- POS, inventory management, Microsoft Word, and Excel knowledge
- Availability during weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
