As a General Production Employee, you will help safely and efficiently produce plywood products. Tolko’s Armstrong Plywood Division produces 195 million square feet annually. Training is provided for entry-level employees, while industrial, forklift, or loader experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform varied labour duties to improve productivity
- Work independently within a high-performance production team
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot area problems
- Communicate issues with Team Lead and Maintenance teams
- Follow rotating eight-hour shift schedules

Requirements:

- Demonstrated commitment to working safely
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work evenings and graveyard shifts
- Industrial, forklift, or loader experience is an asset
