Lead organic social strategy for RYOBI and RIDGID in person at TTI Headquarters in Toronto, using creator marketing and analytics.

As Social Media and Creator Marketing Manager, you will own social platforms, content calendars, publishing, and community management across both brands. You will shape creative briefs, approve content, build creator partnerships, and turn performance data into recommendations. The role reports to the Director, Integrated Brand Marketing and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop platform strategies and publishing calendars across four social channels
- Build creator relationships, contracts, briefs, and partnership performance
- Manage comments, direct messages, and public brand conversations




- Translate analytics into organic and paid social recommendations
- Approve published content and maintain brand voice and tone

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Four to six years in social, creator marketing, or content strategy
- Experience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Portfolio or content reel demonstrating relevant work
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creator Tools
