This regular, full time eHomecare position supports patients throughout Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton. Under a Directing Registered Nurse’s guidance, you will provide personal care, assist daily living, administer medications, and engage families. Specialized VON training expands your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Observe and document patients’ electronic medical records
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Administer medications under Directing Registered Nurse guidance
- Communicate through real-time electronic monitoring technology
- Modify care plans with the Directing Registered Nurse

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker certification
- One to two years’ experience as a Personal Support Worker
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Personal vehicle, driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check and PPE ability
