Auto Body Estimators at Boyd Autobody create accurate damage assessments using Audatex and Mitchell while guiding customers through collision repairs. Western and Central Canada locations support this work.

This customer-focused position coordinates repair needs, communication, estimates, and parts replacement documentation throughout each repair process. You will update ASE, follow OEM repair procedures, meet insurance requirements, and support facility KPIs. Boyd Autobody & Glass provides training and certification assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems
- Assess vehicle damage and document required repairs
- Guide customers through repair processes and updates
- Communicate requests and needs to team members
- Maintain ASE details and Assured KPIs accurately

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum one year DRP experience
- Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, Car-Part
- Ability to multitask under pressure
