This existing vacancy supports Harmac Transportation’s operations team from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will coordinate schedules, manage dispatches, and help keep loads delivered safely and on time. The work requires transportation or logistics experience, strong organization, and calm problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain driver schedules and consistent operational communication
- Verify customer orders in TMW and schedule loads
- Dispatch loads with shift, truck, and route details
- Confirm deliveries, update systems, and escalate issues
- Monitor safety, incidents, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Post-secondary business, logistics, or related education
- Two or more years in transportation or logistics
- Dispatch experience, ELD, or TMW knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
