Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly production roles from Spruceland in Acheson, using sourcing strategies, recruitment technology, and solid partnerships.

As Operations Recruitment Advisor, you will support multiple Alberta operations while working directly from the Spruceland site. You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to build pipelines and address challenging hiring needs. - Occasional travel availability for recruitment activities and business needs
