Support disability, WCB, and leave management as a remote Specialist with Federated Co-operatives Limited, serving Western Canada. Guide complex cases and employee journeys.

As a Disability Management and Leave Specialist, you will advise on disability, WCB, and leave programs. You will administer complex cases involving accommodation and fitness for work. Your work will support compliance, coordinated case management, and return to work outcomes. You will report to the Supervisor, Compensation, Advantages and Pension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on disability, WCB, and leave management programs
- Administer complex disability leave and WCB cases
- Coordinate accommodation and fitness for work cases
- Partner with leaders, People and Culture, and providers




- Improve programs through data and industry practices

Requirements:

- Three to six years of relevant human resources experience
- Disability management and WCB administration specialization
- Experience coordinating accommodation and return to work
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration
- CDMP, CRTWC, or equivalent certification considered an asset
