You will process orders, provide product and technical information, recommend alternatives, and support sales activities. The position requires Microsoft Office, database applications, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails
- Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications




- Coordinate shipments and expedite deliveries when needed

Requirements:

- One to three years of progressive sales experience
