Deliver accurate prescription services as a Staff Pharmacist with Loblaw Companies Limited, counseling patients and supporting timely medication delivery.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, this Staff Pharmacist prepares, dispenses, and controls medications for patients. The position supports inventory levels, patient counseling, documentation, and positive customer interactions. It also contributes to public relations, cost control, issue resolution, and colleague training within Loblaw Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
- Maintain adequate medication and supplement inventory levels
- Counsel patients about new and additional medications
- Resolve patient needs and doctors’ requests or issues
- Train pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and IPGs

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
- Class A Pharmacists license required
- Superior customer relations and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Robust communication, problem solving, and computing skills
