Lead physical music sales growth for Warner Music Group in Toronto, managing key retail accounts and strategic campaigns with advanced Excel expertise.

The Manager, Retail Physical Sales is a 12-month independent contract reporting to the Director of Physical Sales. You will support Canadian retail growth across accounts including Walmart, Amazon, Isotope Music, Sunrise Records, Indigo, and London Drugs. The work combines account management, forecasting, negotiation, Vendor Central operations, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key retail partnerships across Canadian physical music channels
- Deliver revenue targets and develop opportunities beyond annual budgets
- Forecast monthly sales and identify risks and growth opportunities




- Negotiate campaigns expanding shelf space and market share
- Analyze retail point-of-sale data for reorder opportunities

Requirements:

- At least five years managing national retail key accounts
- Working knowledge of trade terms, co-op, returns, and consignment
- Amazon Vendor Central operations and management knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau is an asset
