This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with experience in bearing design who thrives in a cooperative, project-driven environment. You will play a key role in the design, production support, and technical oversight of high-performance bearing systems, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality, precision, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical EngineeringPresent new concepts or support client meeting with technical aspectDesign and review bearing drawings prior to customer releaseConduct research on bearing design, performance, and system feasibilityPrepare technical reports including performance analysis, inspections, and failure investigationsProvide technical support to manufacturing shops, answering questions, witnessing tests, and participating in quality assurance processesProject & Supplier CoordinationParticipate in technical project meetings and provide engineering guidanceLiaise with suppliers to ensure specifications, quality standards,



and drawings are metAddress technical inquiries and support quality assurance processesDocumentation & QualityReview “as-built” QA documentation for compliance with project requirementsMaintain engineering documentation, including revision controlSupport development of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)What You BringQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or engineering designMinimum 5-10+ years of experience in bearing designTechnical SkillsStrong experience with plan / hydrodynamic bearing designProficiency in CAD software (e.G.
