Lead daily visitor services in Tofino with solid supervision, customer service, and safety leadership at the Tofino Visitor Centre. Full-time weekend availability is required.

Reporting to the Visitor & Member Services Manager, you will supervise Visitor Services employees and maintain smooth, safe operations. The work includes training, delegation, accurate visitor information, emergency response, complaint handling, and community knowledge. You will also serve as the organization’s designated Health and Safety Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, motivate, and delegate tasks to employees
- Ensure professional visitor assistance across service channels
- Handle emergencies, complaints, and decisive situations




- Maintain accurate visitor information and reference materials
- Oversee Visitor Centre operations during manager absences

Requirements:

- Two to three years of supervisory experience
- Customer, visitor, hospitality, or tourism services expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and social media communication
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to stand and lift 50 pounds
