Hybrid Cash Application Associate work in Grimsby combines payment processing with analytical problem-solving, Excel expertise, and accurate customer account maintenance.

As part of Andrew Peller Limited’s Accounts Receivable Shared Services team, you will apply incoming payments and support financial operations. The position requires reconciliation experience, business-to-business payment knowledge, and robust attention to detail. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate balances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply EFT, ACH, cheque, wire, card, and debit payments
- Research unapplied cash, discrepancies, and customer deductions
- Maintain customer records, payment histories, and reconciliations




- Reconcile daily receipts against bank statements
- Prepare reports and support closing activities

Requirements:

- Accounting, Finance, or related college diploma or degree
- At least two years’ Accounts Receivable experience
- Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- ERP experience; Oracle Cloud is an asset
- Analytical, accurate, communicative, and independently organized
