Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full LED lighting catalog and product roadmap
- Set channel pricing and maintain current price books
- Write requirements and run development through launch
- Manage certification paths, costs, lead times, and supply risks
- Maintain CPQ, Business Central, BOM,



and product documentation

Requirements:

- Three or more years managing physical products or product lines
- LED knowledge including drivers, CCT/CRI, binning, and thermal
- Lighting controls knowledge including DMX/RDM, SPI, DALI, and 0-10V
- Hardware launch experience with overseas contract manufacturers
- Excel pricing, margin, ERP, CPQ, and technical writing skills
