Teach Personal Support Worker clinical skills at CIMT College using structured lessons, hands-on instruction, and student assessment. Clinical supervision is required.

This instructor role supervises students in CIMT College’s Personal Support Worker Clinical program. You will follow provided manuals, resources, policies, and procedures while preparing students for employment. Instruction includes lectures, demonstrations, laboratory work, case studies, discussions, and projects. Student progress requires fair evaluation, accurate attendance records, and timely feedback. The role supports a multicultural learning environment and assigned clinical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise students in the Personal Support Worker Clinical program
- Teach curriculum using provided, pre-authorized materials
- Administer quizzes, assignments, exams,



and assessments
- Evaluate performance and provide timely student feedback
- Maintain attendance, confidentiality, and orderly classrooms

Requirements:

- Minimum 36 months’ experience in PSW, RN, or RPN vocation
- PSW certificate with post-2015 NACC certificate, or active CNO registration
- Canadian clinical experience, preferably healthcare or community-based
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check and clear TB test
- Microsoft Office knowledge and strong communication skills
