Oakville Public Library is seeking a Customer Information Specialist (Temporary Part time) at the Central Library. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, reference and readers' advisory support, and promoting literacy and digital literacy across the community.

You will conduct personalized assistance, run engaging programs, and participate in outreach to strengthen community partnerships, while supporting day-to-day branch operations and acting as In-Charge when required.
