Front of House Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and serve food at our in-person Downtown Burlington restaurant. Evening and weekend availability is important.

This customer-facing restaurant position includes guest service, POS payments, menu recommendations, and dining room upkeep. Ramen experience is not required, because full paid training is provided. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, or Milton, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests throughout restaurant service
- Take orders and recommend menu items
- Serve food and drinks quickly and accurately
- Handle payments using the POS system
- Keep service areas clean and stocked

Requirements:

- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
- Smart Serve certification preferred or willingness to obtain
