As the Store Team Leader’s go-to, you develop and implement merchandising strategy while leading floorset execution, replenishment, and marketing standards. You drive sales through Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, analyze reporting and daily trends, and support business plans. You recruit, train, coach, and develop associates while building guest loyalty through AEO customer service standards.
