As a future Senior Contract Specialist, you will support business units through contract review, interpretation, negotiation, and execution. The work covers indemnity, liability, confidentiality, intellectual property, payment terms, compliance, and customer requests. You will collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Operations, Finance, IT, and regional experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts promptly for business-unit needs and completeness
- Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with clients and vendors
- Explain legal terms to managers and senior management
- Coordinate approvals and contract execution
- Escalate concerns through defined Corporate Legal processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable administrative training
- Three to five years of contracting-environment experience
- Contract drafting and review experience
- Ability to manage negotiations independently
- Robust communication, analytical, and organizational skills
