Providence Care Hospital is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join their part-time team. Deliver effective, patient-centered care while enhancing the well-being of those you serve. As part of the RPN role at Providence Care, you will work closely within an inter-skilled team to support patients' clinical needs. This includes developing individualized nursing care plans, managing medical regimes, and fostering an environment that addresses emotional and social dimensions of patient care. Your regulated nursing skills will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Compile comprehensive nursing histories from various sources
• Design goal-focused nursing care plans with patients




• Execute clinical interventions as per nursing standards
• Adhere strictly to all prescribed medical routines
• Continuously evaluate and adjust nursing care plans

Requirements:
• Active license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification is mandatory
• A college certificate is required; diploma is preferred
• Medication Certificate post-1985 if required
