As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will help customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts find the right parts. The work combines order management, customer service, inventory accuracy, and computer-based parts systems. Experience in a dealership, parts retailer, or similar workplace is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and order parts and accessories
- Answer counter and telephone inquiries with accurate pricing
- Prepare quotes, process transactions, and complete invoices
- Receive shipments, verify orders, and organize stock
- Monitor outstanding orders and maintain inventory records

Requirements:

- Automotive parts knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
- Confidence using computers and learning inventory systems
- Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record
