Drive rental sales growth remotely with Penske through business development, account management, and direct customer sales. Winnipeg is the primary location.

This full time Rental Sales Representative position supports Penske’s rental product lines and existing customer accounts. You will manage fleet planning and profitability while developing customer relationships. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market rental product lines through direct sales
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Prepare estimates, bids, and contract terms
- Manage existing accounts, fleet planning, and profitability
- Support rental customers and counter activities

Requirements:

- Two or more years of sales experience
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
