This Customer Experience Associate serves Personal & Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will understand needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and create positive interactions. The work includes deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer concerns, and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
